Vibrating feeder + quartz glass double-roller crusher. The feed hopper's material-contact parts are made of PP plastic to avoid metal contact. The crushing chamber rollers are made of quartz glass, with plastic liners on both sides. The square box is constructed from plastic, and the discharge hopper uses PP plastic material. This prevents the incorporation of other elements and avoids metal ion contamination. All metal components, transmission shafts, crushing chambers, and material contact channels are fully sealed or protected with plastic to ensure high purity and cleanliness of the material, free from any metal impurities.

Working Principle:

The vibrating feeder + quartz glass double-roller vibrating screen integrated machine directly feeds granular materials into the storage bin of the vibrating feeder. Through vibration, materials are evenly fed into the quartz glass double-roller crusher, which crushes them to a size range of 50-200 mesh. The crushed materials require customers to use a screening machine to separate and collect the qualified 100-200 mesh particles. Particles larger than 100 mesh need to be returned to the double-roller crusher for repeated crushing until they reach the 100-200 mesh range. After crushing, the materials automatically flow into a PP plastic bucket below the equipment. The bucket is equipped with a pneumatic lifting device: during crushing, the cylinder rises to seal against the discharge outlet; after crushing, the cylinder lowers for easy removal of the collection bucket.
